Important Terms & Conditions Before Application

Please read the following terms carefully before proceeding with your application and payment. By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms below.

2. Service Commencement

The service shall commence immediately upon confirmation of payment.

Service commencement includes, but is not limited to, initial consultation setup, information provision, planning, review of the user’s situation, coordination with relevant parties, provisional seat or schedule coordination, and preparation for necessary procedures. The user acknowledges and agrees that these services begin immediately upon payment.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All payments are generally non-refundable.

Once payment has been completed and the Company has commenced the service, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

No refund shall be issued due to personal reasons, change of mind, visa refusal, immigration refusal, training interruption, delayed progress, school-related issues, employment results, or any event caused by third parties or external circumstances.

The user acknowledges and agrees that payment triggers the immediate commencement of service and that refund requests made after such commencement shall not be accepted.

1. Nature of Services

The Company provides consulting, advisory, coordination, and informational services only in relation to pilot training, study abroad, and related matters. The Company does not itself provide flight training, employment, immigration services, visa issuance, or admission decisions, and does not guarantee any specific result or outcome.

2. Service Commencement

The service shall commence immediately upon confirmation of payment.

Service commencement includes, but is not limited to, initial consultation setup, information provision, planning, review of the user’s situation, coordination with relevant parties, provisional seat or schedule coordination, and preparation for necessary procedures. The user acknowledges and agrees that these services begin immediately upon payment.

3. Non-Binding Advice and User Responsibility

All information, advice, recommendations, and guidance provided by the Company are for general consulting and informational purposes only and shall not be considered binding or mandatory.

The user shall make all decisions at their own discretion and responsibility, including but not limited to matters related to study abroad, training, employment, visa applications, travel, local living arrangements, and any other necessary procedures.

Reliance on the Company’s advice is entirely at the user’s own risk. The Company shall not be held responsible for any decision made by the user or any consequence arising from such decision.

4. No Guarantee

The Company does not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to:

  • Acceptance by any flight school or training organization
  • Successful completion of training
  • Availability or timing of flight hours
  • Employment, job placement, or career outcomes
  • Visa approval, entry permission, or immigration success
  • Progress speed, training schedule, or local living conditions
5. Third-Party Responsibility

The Company shall not be responsible for any acts, omissions, decisions, delays, refusals, failures, or outcomes caused by any third party, including but not limited to flight schools, instructors, airlines, testing organizations, accommodation providers, government authorities, immigration agencies, or visa-issuing bodies.

7. Payment Terms

Payment shall be made through Stripe or any other designated online payment method.

The contract shall be deemed concluded upon successful confirmation of payment.

If payment is not completed within the designated time, the application may be automatically cancelled, invalidated, or treated as withdrawn.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of the Company for any and all claims arising out of or related to the services shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the user for the relevant service.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunities, business interruption, reputational harm, or emotional distress.

Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.

9. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any failure, delay, interruption, change, or inability to provide the services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, fires, war, armed conflict, terrorism, riots, epidemics, pandemics, government actions, travel restrictions, immigration restrictions, visa denial or delay, flight cancellations, communication failures, system outages, network issues, or power interruptions.

The user acknowledges and agrees that such events may materially affect training schedules, travel, procedures, or outcomes, and accepts these risks in advance.

10. User Obligations

The user shall provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times.

The user is solely responsible for confirming their own English ability, health condition, medical fitness, legal eligibility, financial capability, and any qualifications or requirements necessary for study, training, travel, or employment.

The Company shall not be responsible for any disadvantage, delay, refusal, or damage caused by false information, incomplete disclosure, or failure by the user to meet applicable requirements.

11. Intellectual Property

All documents, materials, texts, designs, plans, information, and content provided by the Company are owned by the Company or the rightful owner and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, disclosure, sharing, or use by any third party is strictly prohibited.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The courts of Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute unless otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Language

These terms may be provided in both English and Japanese. In the event of any inconsistency, ambiguity, or conflict between language versions, the English version shall prevail.

14. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By proceeding with the application and payment, the user confirms that they have carefully read, understood, and agreed to all of the above terms and conditions.
